Description of Course

Understanding the function of muscles used in yoga poses is central to appreciating the therapeutic benefit of practice.

This training will provide an in depth study of muscular anatomy as well as a detailed application of how yoga postures can heal common dysfunctions. We can then practically address how to manage common issues like lower back pain, neck and shoulder problems, as well as many other challenges people deal with when they come to yoga.

This hands in approach to feeling where muscles are and how they work will be therapeutic for all participants so that they can  experience in themselves the structural changes and best share that knowledge with others.

Investment: $933 (+gst) A nonrefundable deposit of $500 reserves your space. The balance is due on or before the first day of class. Once training has commenced, there are no refunds.
